Lessons With Isabel

An animated historical fiction short set in 16th century Spain. I was in charge of video editing, dialogue recording and editing, music, and mixing. Also contributed to voice acting, direction, script revisions, and cel inking + painting. The music is made up of works from Spanish composers who were alive at the time the short takes place, in varying states of manipulation.

A comedy short containing puppetry, eccentric editing, and humorous music choices. The footage was recorded impromptu without planning and all voice lines were recorded after the editing phase.

Weak Welda Part 2

The second and most recent installment in a Youtube series documenting my experience playing the 2015 Action RPG game Bloodborne without leveling up my character. Intended to be equally enjoyable for people who know everything about the game and people who know nothing about the game. The majority of the runtime is dedicated to clips of me dying synced to music. Two of the songs I used were flagged by YouTube and the video was banned in almost all regions so I processed and manipulated the songs until the algorithm could not detect them. Arguably a Christmas present to myself.

primate (emotional) VS Technology (The Betrayer)

My longest video editing undertaking to date. Effectively one extended music video. With only three cameras recording the performance, lots of legwork had to be done in the editing stage to keep it visually engaging. The choreography and editing both make direct reference to 2009 film Dogtooth during one of the songs.
